meet the founder
The Woman Behind It All
Hailing from Dubai, being a self taught Bollywood dancer and with 3 years of Bharatnatyam experience under her belt, Sue Aranha, the Founder of Naach For Fun has been dancing, performing, and choreographing in the Greater Toronto Area for over 15 years.
She has performed at Canada’s Got Talent (2012), IIFA Buzz (2011), NHL Pride Night (2024), as well as alongside popular Bollywood singers (Alka Yagnik, Jonita Gandhi) choreographed for events as well as has been an on-set choreographer for an unreleased web series (2025). She is also the creator of digital art projects such as “Bollywood Reimagined” (2020-2023) which was featured on Breakfast Television, CityNews and ETalk, co-creator of “This Is Me” which was featured on Global News and “Bad Guy” which was featured on Omni News.
She started N4F with a simple idea that learning how to move shouldn’t feel intimidating. In fact, exploring dance should be accessible to all and bring absolute joy to those trying it out.
Today, Naach For Fun reflects Sue’s vision of building a welcoming, safe and inclusive dance community where people can show up as they are, learn at their own pace, and connect through movement.
HUMBLE Beginnings
A Simple Idea To A Shared Community
Established in 2018, Naach For Fun began as a passion-led dance initiative rooted in the belief that dance has the power to bring people together and make a difference. What started as a small creative outlet has grown into a community-focused studio offering everything from workshops to wedding choreography to and performances
Over the years, Naach For Fun has expanded beyond classes, using dance as a platform for representation, expression, and connection, while staying true to its core value that dance should remain open, inclusive & accessible to all.
2018
Naach For Fun hosted its first Charity Dance workshop to raise money for Amazon Conservation Centre.
Naach For Fun started smaller Pop-Up workshops in Mississauga and Brampton. They also collaborated with local dancers to create dance videos and projects, while starting up with Wedding Choreography services to local clients.
2019
2020
Naach For Fun pivoted to online charity dance workshops to raise money for Second Harvest.
Naach For Fun collaborated with local dancers and activists to create the Bollywood Reimagined Project, while continuing to expand their Wedding Choreography services and adding Live Performances to their list of services.
2021-2025
2026 & Beyond
Naach For Fun currently houses a team of 30+ members including Instructors, Performers and digital Interns that work towards the common goal of making the company a community staple.
