How do we book you for Live Performances?
To book our dancers for live performances, we begin with a discovery call to understand your event requirements in detail. During this call, we ask you to share the event date, location, number of performances, and the desired duration of each performance.
We also discuss the preferred dance style(s) and any costume requirements or visual themes. While costume preferences are subject to availability, we do our best to accommodate requests wherever possible. Based on this information, we curate a tailored performance package that aligns with your vision, audience, and event flow ensuring a high-quality live performance experience.
Do you only perform Bollywood?
While we’re well known for Bollywood performances, our repertoire extends far beyond a single style. Based on your vision and our understanding of the desired dance style, we’re able to curate a wide range of performances across multiple genres
Subject to choreography feasibility and costume availability, we can accommodate diverse styles and concepts to suit different audiences and occasions. Our goal is to deliver performances that align seamlessly with your event theme while maintaining the highest standard of artistry and presentation.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing for dance performances is customized based on the specific requirements of each event. Factors such as the duration of the performance, number of performances, location, travel considerations, and overall production needs are taken into account when determining the cost.
Based on these parameters, we curate a tailored performance package that aligns with your event goals and logistical needs. To ensure adequate preparation time and the highest quality of execution, we require all performance bookings to be confirmed at least 2-months in advance.
Do you travel outside of Ontario for performances?
Our dance team primarily services performances within Ontario. While we do not typically travel outside the province, but destination performances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
If travel outside Ontario is approved, the client will be responsible for covering all associated travel and accommodation expenses for the team. These costs will be discussed transparently during the planning process and incorporated into the final performance package where applicable.
